Refund policy
We do not offer refunds or replacements for change-of-mind purchases. However, you are entitled to a refund or exchange if the item has a major fault.
This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
- is unsafe to use.
- is significantly different from the sample or description provided.
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
- If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase— e.g. your receipt.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or exchange if a product fails to meet consumer guarantees, such as being faulty.
You do not have a right to return a product if you:
• You found the same product at a lower price elsewhere.
• You accidentally purchased the incorrect product.
• You found an alternative product that better suits your needs.
• You changed your mind and no longer wish to proceed with the purchase.
• You were aware of the product’s fault before purchasing (for example, the issue was clearly stated on the product tag, or shown in the photos or description for online purchases).
• The product was damaged due to misuse (for example, dropping a mobile phone in water).
• The product has been used for an extended period, and the issue is due to normal wear and tear.
